1- RESERVATION CONDITIONS
To make a reservation you shall be at least 18 years old.
You guarantee us you are financially responsible for the payment
of services contracted through us.
You may start your reservation request through the reservation
application form or by phone or by e-mail.
To process your request, we need you to contact us no later
than 72 working hours prior to your check-in date.
Our commitment is to contact you within the next 48/72 hours
to supply relevant information, availability and prices.
The reservations shall be guaranteed with a credit card by
supplying the holder’s name, card number, expiration
date and security code.
Once the requested information has been received, and availability
has been confirmed, we will provide the corresponding reservation
code.
The present rates and conditions may vary without previous
notice and are the hotel’s sole responsibility.
The Credit Card number and other related information is vital
to process your reservation, pursuant to Hotel policies. In
general, the details are used only to guarantee your reservation,
so there is no charge before your trip, and you pay directly
at the Hotel when checking out. The traveller shall pay all
extra services requested.
2- MEANS OF PAYMENT
Payment may be made with a valid credit card or in cash. The
client decide that when checking-out. Credit card details
are only asked as a guarantee.
3- PARTICULAR CONDITIONS
ALOJARGENTINA is in charge of all the reservation
procedures for a specified hotel for the period stated by
the guest.
Should there be an unforeseen event in the hotel reserved,
prior to your arrival that makes your stay there impossible,
ALOJARGENTINA proposes relocating you to
another hotel of similar characteristics and amenities, and
you may choose to accept said change or not.
The guest shall respect the check-in and check-out times established
by each hotel.
In case of needing a late check-out, you should let us know,
since most hotels have an additional charge for doing so and
they are ALWAYS subject to the hotel’s availability
and confirmation.
4- CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel or change your reservation, but the costs/
expenses/ commissions indicated in the reservation shall be
charged anyway.
If your reservation cancellation or change is not received
before the period indicated in the Cancellation Policy of
the hotel you have booked, you will be charged a night’s
stay, plus taxes and a service fee (if applicable).
This period of time is set forth by each hotel and varies
in accordance with their policies and restrictions. It usually
is 72 hours prior to arrival time, in Buenos Aires time.
There will be no refund or money back for No-Shows or Early
Check Outs. On some specific dates (a legal holiday or holidays)
we will not be able to make reservation changes, as these
are subject to the corresponding availability verification.
Your reservation will be accepted as of the moment our company
sends you the confirmation (reservation number) to the e-mail
address you gave us, whether you receive our mail or not.
If you do not receive an answer from us, you have to request
your reservation number over the telephone.
5- STAY EXTENSION
Should the guest decide to extend his stay in the hotel, he
should immediately contact ALOJARGENTINA
no later than 72 hours before check-out time. This is subject
to availability and variations that prices may have suffered.
We will do our best so that the guest can keep the same room,
but if this is not possible, he shall be given another room
in the same hotel. If only a higher-category room is available,
the guest shall pay for the difference in prices. If not,
ALOJARGENTINA will propose to relocate him
to another hotel of similar characteristics and amenities.
ALOJARGENTINA cannot guarantee extension.
6- SEGURO
We strongly recommended that as time of your booking, you
supply yourself/customer with insurance policy in your country
to cover cancellation charges, luggage claim, medical expenses,
accident and others.
Using our site /service, implies that you accept and subject
yourself to all the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy,
Reservation Conditions and Cancellation Policies. Should you
not agree with these, please, refrain from using our site.
