1- RENTAL CONDITIONS
To make a reservation you shall be at least 18 years old.
You guarantee us you are financially responsible for the payment
of services contracted through us.
You may start your reservation request through the reservation
application form or by phone or by e-mail.
To process your request, we need you to contact us no later
than 72 working hours prior to your check-in date.
Our commitment is to contact you within the next 48/72 hours
to supply relevant information, availability and prices.
You should have a valid credit card (only American Express,
Visa and Master are accepted). This card will guarantee reservation.
2- MEANS OF PAYMENT
The customer may then decide the means of payment:
the above mentioned credit cards, cash, and traveller cheques.
3- RATES
Rent rates vary in accordance with the duration of the rental.
For periods under a week, there is a minimum daily charge
that is more per day than if you rent a phone for 7-days.
The daily charge is credited in airtime (both for incoming
and outgoing calls) so it may be construed that there is no
“ACTUAL rent” rate.
4- PARTICULAR CONDITIONS
Incoming calls always have the same cost, while the cost of
outgoing calls varies according to the destination.
The cellular phone has no insurance. In case of loss, the
customer shall pay the replacement cost.
Reservations will be taken once availability has been confirmed.
The optimum time to request the service is no later than 72
hours prior to the passenger’s arrival, if you send
a request in advance, at least 3 working days before your
arrival your telephone number can be given to you when making
the reservation.
The cellular phone is delivered in the specified place, every
day (working days, week-ends and holidays). At the time of
delivering the cellular phone, the customer must sign the
service contract.
5- CANCELLATION POLICY
Once the reservation has been made and if the customer is
not satisfied with the service before signing the contract,
he will have to pay a minimum travel charge of $10 or $15.
6- INSURANCE
We strongly recommended that as time of your booking, you
supply yourself/customer with insurance policy in your country
to cover cancellation charges, luggage claim, medical expenses,
accident and others.
Using our site /service, implies that you accept and subject
yourself to all the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy,
Reservation Conditions and Cancellation Policies. Should you
