The restaurant Le Sud of the “porteño” Sofitel hotel will hold “La Semana de Mayo” with a unique gastronomic proposal, where locro, stew, coal and “empanadas” are the protagonists. For dessert, there are cakes, snacks and “alfajores”.
Thus, Le Sud will offer”El Festival de Mayo”, made by Thierry Pszonka, executive chef of the hotel, from May 20th to 25th at night, and at brunch on Sunday 25th, starting at 12.30.
